Employer's Guide
To employ an FDW: be 21+, Singapore Citizen/PR/pass holder, household income $700+/FDW, complete EOP (first-time employers).
6-Monthly Medical Exam (6ME)
All FDWs must undergo medical examination every 6 months including pregnancy, syphilis (VDRL), HIV tests. Complete at MOM-registered clinic.
Insurance & Security Bond
Mandatory: Personal Accident Insurance ($60,000 min), Medical Insurance ($15,000 min), $5,000 security bond.
Salary & Rest Days
Pay within 7 days of salary period. Minimum 1 rest day per week. No prohibited deductions (agency fees, levy, medical costs).
